Useful automation isn't a "magic button" — it's taking the repetitive steps out of a flow you do anyway. In BIWizz, three of those flows are already automated — and all of them keep a human check where it matters.
1. Issuing invoices, integrated with e-Factura
You tell Wizzy what you want to invoice and it prepares the draft, computes the totals and VAT rates, and brings it to you for review. After approval, BIWizz generates the XML in the format ANAF requires (UBL 2.1 / CIUS-RO) and transmits it through the ANAF SPV connector.
You don't write XML and you don't log into the portal by hand. See the full steps in the e-Factura guide.
2. Automatic bank reconciliation
You import the statement and BIWizz matches the payments to the issued and received invoices by amount, date, partner and reference. Clear matches confirm automatically; the exceptions — payments without an invoice, amount differences, partial receipts — are pulled out separately, so you only decide where it's actually needed.
On large volumes, that means you no longer go through the whole statement line by line. Details in the reconciliation guide.
3. Classifying documents to accounts
BIWizz reads PDFs and XMLs, extracts the data and prepares the posting to accounts, ready for the accountant to check. Documents land in the same context as invoices and bank, so everything you need for reports or for SAF-T sits together.
The common thread: human control + audit trail
All of these automations work on the company's real data and bring important actions to your approval, with an audit trail. You win back the time from the busywork, but you keep the decision.
